Targeted commercial mortgage loans generally range in size from $2 million to $10 million and are restricted to office buildings, retail properties, industrial facilities, and apartment projects. The TeamAmerican Family’s Alternative Investment group utilizes a “team” approach when analyzing new loan opportunities and managing the existing portfolio. Our team will be involved from loan origination through closing. The investment team will also be accessible post-closing for any servicing related questions.
